Bad Service from RAIN

Good day

I logged a complaint last week about my rain Simcard and until this very moment, my problem is not solved. The network is very poor, it keeps jamming and stucking every 5 minutes. I really regret taking this Simcard, what a waste of money. Today I had a very important online meeting but the network was at its worst. I had to buy data to reconnect. I don't think i will continue with this service and the worst part is no one is assisting to solve the problem. RAIN's service is the worst, I won't recommend them to anyone. I truly waisted my money.
