BAD SERVICE FROM RAIN

My account was suspended for 3 weeks but i received a full month's invoice. Their Call Centre agents are clueless, they just put me on hold for over 10 minutes and wait for me to hang up when I ask to speak to their supervisor. BAD SERVICE!!! Stay away from rainONE, it's a problem, you can't even port your number from them, they say your account is suspended but still bill you for the full month when your account was suspended.
