Bad Service from Rain

I have been having network issues for the past almost 3 months that i have been using rain.. Half of the day the internet is not working at all. they keep asking me to do a speed test but the result is always the same. The last lady who tried to help said she will refer the case (***) to the "Network Team', that was on the 19 May 2020. No one has contacted me since. Almost 2 months later. I have logged more cases since
