Bad service from Rain

My Sim card was delivered yesterday 4G any divice connection for R499 got activated cool today I wanna connect my smart box, it didn't wanna connect from my pocket wifi even on my phone still didn't wanna connect. Few hours late it says Sim invalid, Sim has no network access, I called and emailed rain for assistance even now I haven't heard from them only getting emails, problem is still not fix
