Bad service from rain

I was never told that I needed to pay still even if my service were off , as far as I know this was a month to month service , you pay you get your data I didn't not get it since I did not pay so I don't know how the charges occurred , if you can decrease this R1180 to R300 I will pay it if not then it will remain there until Jesus comes
