Bad service from Rain

Bad customer service. They are only interested in collecting money. When it comes to making sure that the service they are offering works, they dont care.

I log a call on the 15 of August for my faulty internet connection which drops every few minutes. They have not helped. When I ask to speak to the manager, they are always on another call and never come back.

Will not recommend their service to anyone. I have been paying for almost three months for nothing.
