Bad Service from Rain 5G

I had a bad experience with Rain 5G in that since the 4th February 2024 my device is not working i called more that 10 times and every time i call i am given different stories, my device was later replaced with a new one because the one that I had was faulty (the replacement happened on Thursday) to date my device hasn't been activated I am told it is escalated but has not been activated. it's now over a week and I can't use it is embarrassing that every time I get rude call Centre agents who seem not to know what's the problem, I requested to speak to their team leader and leave my numbers always and no one calls me back or assisting.
