Bad service from Rain

I ordered my rain modem on the 29th of November 2022, their courier company has called me everyday since when they call me they end the call as soon as I answer or no one talks! When trying to call them back they just keep you on hold! I complained on the rain site and got a call back on Tuesday the lady said she will call me back in 20 min still waiting !!! Useless service!!!
