Bad Service From Rain

I bought a rain 5g Router which was delivered to me 26th May, the Router has no network in my house despite checking before I bought it and it indicated there is network coverage in my area. I send them an Email to come get the Router and refund my money back, they only got back to me once and they never rep**** to my email again, I feel have being ****med, my order number: 973616.
