Bad Service from RAIN

Good day, I got my unlimited Simcard from rain on 05 August 2020. The network is super slow, I cant confidentially connect to the internet without any interruption. I ended up not using the simcard cause it is useless. I ended up using my Telkom simcard as it is much more reliable. I regret signing up with rain, it was a total waste of money and time. I logged several complaints online until this very moment no one has made any contact with me. Their customer service is extremely poor. I would not recommend for anyone to use this unreliable network.
