Bad service from rain 😡
My account is switched off my balance is R479 but according to them its R958 tried to phone them number all not working tried email no luck on response even tried twitter no response. They are quick to block you very unhappy with the service as we use the wifi for my wifes work and no she cant earn money.

30 Dec 2021, 15:06Hi why for october as it was paid for by debit order please email me on *** i see november didnt go off so that R495 outstanding wich we will pay but why disconnect so quick. We try to phone no phone number working and sent thru on email but no response

30 Dec 2021, 18:01October was paid for on the 28th only november didnt go off dont know why and desember i can only pay once i recieve payment wich will only be around the 5th of january. We are using the wifi for my wife to work to earn extra money online now she is stuck cant work loosing alot of money can i pay the full amount on january when i receive payment can we just get the wifi back on please.
