Bad service from Rain
I have sent numerous emails requesting for help from Rain, to date no one has contacted me, I may have to cancel my sim, the service is pathetic, as no attempt was ever made to contact me regarding payment of my current account with them, I tried doing it online, the programme is not user friendly.
