Bad Service from RAIN

This company is ripping South African people off and nothing is being done about.They dont return calls and they debit my account when the account was closed 3 days after I took it because of the poor quality of the product.It really seems like **************** or a ****.I cancelled my account couple days after I took it.The unprofessional workers at Rain mentioned that they will reimburse me and stop my account and that I must unplug my router.Now I get a bill for R300.Since reading all the complaints I see that I suffer the same problem as fellow South Africans.I am telling you now that I will be getting hold of Devi Sankaree Govender from TV and we can come investigate what you people at Rain are doing.They said that the Courier guy will come collect the router but Its been months and nothing.I blame the poor leadership,untrained management.You people at Rain owe me money as the lady mentioned when I cancelled,from the R600 they will deduct a small portion and pay me back.To all SA Citizens,Do not use this Product.Truly useless.
