bad service from rain
I cancel rain month to month contract, yesterday I receive a call from their lawyers saying I owe certain amount, when I ask them they can provide answers and I then call rain they say my sim card is active and I owe them R1300 for months I did pay, when I ask them that isn't my contract with them month to month contract she said yes, then how can I owe them 5 months when it's month to month contract. Can rain stop harassing us for their mistake, I did send a e mail as instructed by their call center agent to cancel the contract.

02 Jun 2023, 12:57unfortunatey the computer the computer i was using then it has crashed, i mean years back apparently 2019/20, even I took month to month contract with rain, or even your ever slow sign did happen to you hence after 3 to 4 years of cancelling the contract you now pick it up. PLZ ANSWER THIS, WHY IT TOOK YOU 4 YEARS TO REALISE AM OWING YOU FOR MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT?? HAAA
