Bad Service from Couries that Rain uses

BAD SERVICE I was told I had to schedule a delivery time, as this was done through the link that they send me. Today I have not received anything the time that was mentioned, I had to contact them to find out what is going on, and was told that the parcel is with the wrong driver, because the address was not checked correctly by the couriers and it falls in two suburbs. I received a lame excuse that the address was done through the link, and they can not check it. then why send a link to your customers to add the address. I have paid for something that I can not even use because of this. Why does Rain use them if this is the problems you get.
