Bad service from call centre and accounts department

I have been following up on my refund as they have taken my money for 2 months and their router was not working, they came to collect the router and promise that will get my refund within 10 days.

I called several time to follow nothing the last they promised to get back to mid day that was last week still nothing.

The device was collected on the 11 of June 2024, how long does it take for you guys to check the device if it has arrived or. This is more than a month.See below
