Bad service from call centre

Worse customer service, Sekile (the call centre agent) is absolutely unhelpful and impatient. I am trying to explain a simple issue about a payment not being allocated yet she refuses to listen or understand my query. Then she keeps blaming the line yet I am able to hear her fine. I will never recommend rain to anyone, **** customer service.
