Bad service, ***** taking money without permission

I canceled my subscription with them on 31st December 2022,they told me my cancelation will be completed on the last day of January, the even deducted money on the 1st of January 2023 and again the deducted on the 1st of February even though I'm no longer using their services, went to my bank and was told I can't reverse the R529 they took cause it's an online purchase need help getting my money back cause the only communication I got from rain is an email with a reference number, their call center put me on hold with no response.
