Bad service for rain

Since i bought 5G on thurday and i was told it takes 1 to 3 working days, with endless emails to support with no response when i finally call them they tell me its 3 to 5 working days and i am sitting here with no internet or hope that they will ever deliver.

if they dont deliver by tomorrow I want it cancelled, i will go for fibre, with so many complains I am enough
