Bad service first they make you over pay then they don't want to refund you

First they forced me the last two months to pay more than what I should have then when asked for the refund which is due to me they now have investigate first why there's a credit on my account not even knowing what they have put me through this last 3 months and now again same story I mean it is my money just refund it all the invoices have been corrected and I paid more than what I should have so just refund me when you don't pay your service gets cut immediately but why is the refund so different oh it's because they owe you. I can honestly say I would rather take my service elsewhere than with Rain very quick to make mistakes and make you pay but when they have to refund you it's investigation upon investigation. This is the only way for their accounts team to react to your requests. I highly doubt that they do have customer service at all they just want money and when they have to pay what's due to you they is like mist in the sun gone.
