Bad service

I have never seen a company that is so unprofessional My payment date is on the 20th of every month and l made my payment that is 569 rands, but on the 25 they deduct 559 times 2 making it 1100 and something and they took it from my rent money l called them they asked for proof of payment l sent but l didn't get any response until l had to call again and they asked me to send proof of payments again l sent only to be told that l must send my bank statement in pdf , l sent that still it was not enough was given reference number to use when sending another proof of payment . I sent everything they wan, but no response lm trying to call for the past 3 day all l get is they are experiencing a high value of call they will call back and now it's mid August lm still owing money for rent to, like really why deduct 2times, 1 l understand it was a mistake.. Know it almost my next day of payment lthey will ask me to credit of which l cannot because lm still owing that mon6 for my rent This is not fair I would not recommend it to anyone coz as it is lm planning to cut their services
