Bad service
Their service is pathetic, I have to sit for 2 days without internet and losing business because of the stupidity. It's almost a year since I joined the network and I'm enduring a bad service where I have to sit without internet for a day or 2. I have just paid my monthly bill with to them but suddenly there is no internet on my sim card. it has to take them 2 days to respond to a customer query. I am ****ed to the core

It looks like the only way to get Rain to respond to my queries is through you. The called on Thurday telling me that my simcard is faulty and they sent another one of Friday but even that one still has no internet, internet that I have paid for already. I really don't know why I have to endure this treatment from this company. Is there really nobody there who can sort this out once and for all
