Bad Service

My sim card was ****** a week ago. I’ve requested a sim swap a week ago. Was told I’d receive a call from an agent. Until today nothing. I’m gonna be charged for a services I’m not using. It’s very sad that I’ve had my data sim for over a year and I still get treated like this. I can’t even call them to query
