Bad service ever

The way rain is so cruel I can bet with you it's all about money . I paid full amount and their loop still says it's not connected to internet,I have called them several times all they keep on saying it's they will call me back. Come monthly end to they expect me to pay full amount, people warned me about rain network and I didn't listen
