Bad service ever

I have an account with Rain unlimited off peak package. I payed my account but my services are suspended I can't connect to the internet, I logged 3 calls since the past 3 days but no one is coming back to me... My ID number is ***. And my number is ***. I want this resolved ASAP and they blocked their lines you can't call them and you can't chat to them. I need assistance because I am loosing money now as I don't have internet connection.
