Bad service ever

Bad service ever. I purchased their sim card last month n i was told tht the amount that i wil lay is r250.. On the 1st of december r259 was deducted which i had no problm.. Aftr 5 days my service was disconnected n i was told km now owing 470 which i dnt knw how i got into that amount aftr 5 days of my debit oder. I then queried this with their stupid call center.. Till tday im being ignored.. Their call center number is not working... They live chat is also nonsense tried to dm them but still no answer n the bill keeps going up even aftr ive set the limit
