Bad service ever!!!!!
I’ve been in contact with rain for the past 4days and they helped get the new router which I received yesterday and they said I should keep it plugged on then today my internet will be working which is still not working to date,I’m really exhausted of having called rain multiple times and not getting help,I’ve paid for the whole month and no internet for the whole 4 days what’s going to happen!!!!I did say that I’m highly pregnant and have no mean of communication with anyone because I bought little data to help but I’m not getting help,this is really frustrating!!!!!

22 Feb 2026, 09:08Rain I’m still waiting on you,it’s been 6 days without internet,someone has to come and hotspot me in order to write an email to you and last night I was having pains as I said I’m due this month and I had too means to communicate with anyone because no internet nothing,will this matter ever be solved???? We are going towards month end you will be deducting money from my acc for the service I haven’t been using is it fair on me??
