Bad service ever

I’m so frustrated by rain service. Each and every month I subscribe on time but around the second or third of the month my router will say check account. This is so frustrating 🤮🤮I called the whole day today n I was promised that the service will be back after an hour. I’m still offline. We can’t watch tv or work. I have been experiencing the issue some issue since may. They can’t resolve it. Rain is ****
