Bad service ever!!!!!!

Im highly disappointed as the agent from Rain the present promotion to you then after purchasing they act as if they never discussed or told you anything with regards to discounts, when you log a call they tell we will escalate the matter but it gets sorted I’m sitting with my Loop uniloznes doesn’t connect no one is assisting no call back!!!!!!Please update my bill on the discount i was told on and please help with my rain why it doesn’t have APN number?????
