Bad service

I have not been able to connect to the internet since yesterday and when I call they’ll tell you about the weather and loadshedding, while a week ago I got an email saying we won’t be struggling with streaming anymore, but funny enough I had to buy Data this morning because I need the internet. I called Rain to no answer since the morning. But come month end, they are quick to debit the money for a service we struggle to get.
