Bad service

I am so frustrated. I logged a query on Sunday. Asking for assistance but no one is assisting. My router is not connecting n it’s up to date. I called rain the whole day yesterday but they said they will fix. Rain doesn’t value the customers. I have been experiencing this issue of the router since last year May.
