BAD SERVICE
I have never seen such an *********** company. I work online all day everyday but every time they need to bill me there's errors and I'm offline for 5-7 days and that is unacceptable how can i pay for something but continuously struggle to get what i am paying for. Now I have to spend additional monies so i can be online because rain is having issues with my billing. I'm so over it and will never recommend it to anyone bad service, bad connection and billing issues are a nightmare. I'm so disappointed and will be cancelling their services today.

25 Oct 2021, 16:44Yes and I have been calling all day to have that resolved but no one is helping me. The card has been updated a while back the card on my profile expires in 2027.
