BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

It's been daaaaaaaays now and since my last review and multiple call requests and calls that had automated annswers I still have not been called by an agent or helped with my issue. It still shows that I have an outstanding balance when I KNOW I have paid every single month. If my internet gets cut off because of this it will not be cute, since I have tried various methods to reach out.
