Bad service

At this point I am fed up with Rains services and their ways of conducting business, I have been a loyal client for the past 4 years and at no point have I received good experience. I never have internet connection it's always buffering or no connection at all and yet I have upgraded to the premium package which is 5G. I work from home and I'm always struggling I have to Hotspot my laptop with my cellphone 📱 to get uninterrupted connection. At this point I am done with Rain, you request a call and no one response to attend to your matter. I am terminating my business with Rain thank you for your lousy services.
