BAD SERVICE

Rain is the worst service provider ever, I cancelled my 5 G on 2 December on there so called self help app. Phoned from last week speaking to the Technical department in regards to my cancellation, Spoke to two different Managers and still my account is active as per the Rain App and the customer service department.

No Service at all as all you get is that it has been send to the cancellations department, Phone calls has been done on a daily basis to Rain and some days even 2 or 3 phone calls from my side. Please don't ever go to Rain as there signal is bad, there service is bad and all they do is deduct money from you.
