Bad Service

I requested call back regarding the upgrading my device. At first lady called and she pretended not to hear me, went to their Whataapp chat and was requested call their *** call center where the call is not answered. Requested call back again, received a call on the 9/04/2024 @09:13 and there was no one only music playing for 16m25s until hang up.
