I took out contract with Rain on Friday was promised delivery Monday morning then nothing then i was promised Tuesday before 12 still noting phoning no response will get back to you how is it possible

That was not what i was promised as i said to the consultant i need it urgently and he said it can be done. so no your response is not acceptable how can you make promises and not keep it
