Bad service delivery from Rain internet connetions

There service was good until they gave me a faulty simcard.Im still waiting for my simcard.They say it take 3 to 5 working day's.What **** is that.I mean why wait so long if it was there fault.They should replace it immediatly.Customer's service is very BAD!!!!.So my bussnis not importent.There no service in S.A. anymore....Do what they want..
