Bad Service Delivery
bad service in a nutshell, I ordered my 5g premium package on the 14th of December 2020 and they promised to deliver within 3-5 days. It's been 2 weeks with no updates or any form of contact, even through the support log you guys don't call. It takes you less than a minute to make a sales call but days to make a support call.
