Bad Service delivery
I've been using Rain for about 3 years now. and the last 6 months was just absolutely frustrating. I used to get about 500mb/s but recently I get about 10mb/s on average. I have the 5g home premium but delivery from rain is worse than their lowest package. I've been contacting support with no response/feedback. The are selling a service they can't deliver.

16 Sept 2022, 09:52Exactly the problem. A technician phoned the last minute saying she is 5min away from my house without arranging, I asked a reschedule and that is where the process stopped. No feedback received thereafter and it's been a week now.
