Bad service delivery
Rain is a ****, I have been sending them emails since Friday complaining about network and today is sunday the only response I get is help is on the way but up to now I have not been contacted and still have no service and they say on their website they open 24 hours but when you make a call no one answers. This is just bull**** especially because they don’t forget to deduct their money but its been 3 days and I m not using the service that I paid for. Was recommending them to my friends but from now on no more if it was possible was going to cancel this

29 Aug 2022, 18:54No update up to so far its clear your employees don’t report anything they are the same as you. Thinking that refunding for days network is not available is the solution, there is a reason why I needed that network and already we at day 4. Really so unprofessional
