bad service delivery

I am very disappointed with service delivery provided by Rain. Currently they have a promo where 5G customers get 2 4G sim cards for free. I received mine in June and have been struggling to get it setup. I have logged calls on the website for support, but no one called me back. I had to call several times over the last few weeks to get assistance and eventually got the calls to work. Now I am still trying/struggling to get the data activated. When I try to use the data I get a "no network message". It's been a very frustrating process. It was supposed to be an add on and easy process, but unfortunately not for me.
