Bad service

Been using rain for over 2 years with no problem after making a payment in January i changed my date i was cut off in mid feb told that i need to make a payment i have outstanding bill which i dont know for when when i made a pay ment of the 25 rain is expecting a payment again the 1st of March. Requested a call was never contacted. I called 3 times still explaination did not make sense i requested a explanation from a senior person still nothing up to date
