Bad service debited after cancellation.

I have been using Rain for over 1 year and decided to cancel and find cheaper Wifi. The difference is R540 which now i am saving and once cancel on the app they proceeded to debit in my account to a sum of R2980 to date. I have received one call from DHL to collect the router without any discussion regarding my refund. Its now 4 months nothing. Rain clearly have no respect for clients and no customer service.
