Bad Service

for this previous months i have being experiencing difficulties with this service provider, the most worse experience that i am having as i write this review is for them to charge me the amount that i did not request as i phone them they are so adamant not to change or to even help me, i am not sure if what they are doing is ***** or what cause they are out of line to even tell me to pay the amount that i did not request and when i ask for the recording they are refusing to get for me, the service is very much poor on their side and not helping us at all, we experience difficulties every month and we pay for those services.
