Bad Service

My child removed the simcard from the wifi without knowing she's not supposed to do that and I was not aware that she did that. I reported the matter to Rain they provided me with a new simcard which I inserted and still the wifi didn't work that was in August and they have been deducting my money when I have been not using the wifi or having access to it. They are aware and reported the matter to them several times. This bad experience for me am not happy at all.
