Bad service
Rain is the most useless network provider alongside their staff. They hang up on you, they are misinformed and ***********. Their WhatsApp line is the worse of the worst they should close shop at this point. What’s the purpose of parading a service that you clearly cannot provide a whole ****

I’m experiencing unstable network connectivity, sent a WhatsApp some idiot responded and said the reason I’m experiencing issues is because I don’t have data, uncapped and DATA guys that’s bull**** further more I was told to restart I did that the problem persisted, further more I called your call centre was informed my issue had been escalated and someone will call me still waiting for my phone call. Your service is bad and you have poor customer service. I will never recommend anyone to use your services
