Bad service

They promised to give me 1 month free wifi service for R1 I received my router 2 Sim card on the 26/08/2023 my debit date is the 1st of each month our agreement with the agent was 01/10/2023 my service was suspended before the 1 month promised to me. I'm sending emails no response tried to call Rain 5G call center you will hold for more than 20 minutes can any one assist that is the reason why I'm coming to hellopeter
