Bad service

My complaint is that RAIN is a very unsuccessful service provider and I haven't dealt with such bad service in my whole life ther is no support what so ever from the support group they debited money from my account and since than I haven't received any feedback from them.... This is very dissapointing And frustrating it makes me really sick I'm highly disappointed
