Bad service

I am overly disgusted by the rain service their emails are not going through their contacts are inactive more worse they have switched off their comment option at Instagram so how are we expected to pay a company we can't connect with incase of an error? My network has been off for days an they claim I have an outstanding balance of R216 I am supriced because I pay accordingly. Spoke to one of their staff at Instagram inbox, have sent him proof of payments an three days later an still no response
